To follow up with your response, Thank you for your response, but I find it disappointing that the explanation focuses on the lack of reservation instead of acknowledging the clear mistakes made by your staff. We specifically informed the server that the boys needed to be served first — there were only 8 of them — yet our request was completely ignored. The parents were served before the kids, and even another table that arrived after us got their meals earlier. This was not a matter of short staffing or reservations; it was poor coordination and lack of accountability. The issue could have been easily avoided with basic attention and communication. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other families don’t experience the same level of disorganization in the future. To the Manager or Owner, I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service we received during our today visit for lunch. We had clearly informed the staff to prioritize serving the boys (only 8 of them) at the other table first, as they needed to leave by 2 PM. We even mentioned that parents could take their meals to go if necessary. Unfortunately, our request was completely ignored. Another table that arrived after us was served first, and despite placing our order by jersey numbers for easy tracking, the staff mixed everything up and ended up serving the parents before the kids. The person taking our order wrote everything down with the jersey numbers, yet when the food arrived, the server claimed she “didn’t know.” The entire process was disorganized and unprofessional, and to make matters worse, they even got my lunch order wrong. To add to the frustration, the food took more than an hour to be served — which is completely unacceptable, especially for a place like Wild Wing that’s supposed to offer fast, casual dining. I hope you can provide proper training to your staff or assign someone more accountable to ensure this kind of issue does not happen again.
