I’ve never left any bad reviews but I have to this time… I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience as I did.
This place was highly recommended by a friend. He has been telling me so many good things about this place so I was super excited to try it finally. However, this is what we got… You can tell the chicken is LEFTOVER and got fried again just by looking at it. It was BURNT, very bitter and greasy. We also ordered a loaded onion rings with beef, but instead of onion rings we got fries, and instead of flavorful beef we got VERY DRY beef which I suspect is leftover as well. We had to throw out everything because they were not even edible.
I know it’s a hard time for small businesses and as a customer I try to be as understanding as I can, but this is just not acceptable. I can’t understand how they’ve already seen how bad the food looks but still decided to give it to customer. This just breaks the trust because if they can serve food like this, I have to suspect that there are others things they do behind the scene… I know some people like my friend had good experiences here but my experience shows me that the owner/cook/server just doesn’t care about the customer. I told my friend who recommended this place to me and he was so disappointed. I really hope this won’t happen again to other people…
