I was not going to write this review but after seeing the follow up I'm compelled to talk about my experience here. My company just moved to this area and I was looking for somewhere to have lunch. I saw this spot on google and saw the great reviews and was excited to try it. When I checked the website I saw an item called "The Big Show" which was a burger with beef bacon. The combo came with a fries and pop for $15.96 + tax. I ordered the food and noticed that I was charged $17.25 + tax. While only $1.25 more I was still wondering if I may have been wrongly charged and asked the gentlemen about the bill. He said that because I ordered a Fanta it actually cost more. I was confused as to why a Fanta would cost more than any other canned pop. I almost thought he would have said that he incorrectly charged me for a bottle but no. $1.25 extra for an orange Fanta. Makes no sense. I said that the website states that a combo with fries and a pop says $15.96 and nowhere does it stipulate that a specific brand of pop has to be ordered. He just laughed it off and shrugged. I told him that was not cool and that information needs to changed or be updated. Despite that i continued with the order because it seemed the food would be good. After waiting roughly 15 - 20min he a gave me the food. By the time I got back to work, I opened the bag to eat some of the fries and it was cold as ice . Like they took the fries out of a fridge and put it in the bag. Ridiculous... I immediately went back for a refund because not only did they try to rip me off financially they couldn't even give me hot fries. I didn't event trust the burger at that point so i cannot comment on that.. I was going to let it slide as just a bad experience but then went to the website to see they have removed the "Show Time" off their menu. Its a good thing I asked for my refund receipt which the guy was reluctant to give me so I can at least show that I ordered the food and returned it for a refund promptly. No apologies. Just a shrug when I asked him to feel the fries.. my entire lunch break was wasted.. Off of principal I'm not going to eat here. Bad food and bad business practices. Its a shame the reviews from years ago seem so positive. Not sure if there was a management shift somewhere down the line but quality of food and service must have fallen greatly..
