This is not the first time for me at Shelby’s , today I went to buy my usual order of chicken tikka shawarma bowl, I got almost 30-40 % less chicken and rice and when I called about complaint they didn’t even refund my order or any coupon or any compensation, but said we will add extra meat and rice next time you come , no reasonable solution given, yes sure but what about the bad experience and it was for me and my partner now no way both of us can eat of it and it already spent 20 bucks for meal now I need to go outside in -25-30 • c and spent extra 15-20 bucks , not the reasonable experience I got when the store started. Feels stupid to spend 20$, going there next time won’t be , better go to local shawarma places.

The boutine is very good and so was the smoothie , I feel like they can cook the chicken a little bit more but other then that unreal experience. Something new and different is always fun. Ps. Mango smoothie is fire.

Just finished my bowl. It was amazing. This shawarma place can easily beat all the shawarma places in the city no doubt. Hands down best shawarma place in the city. 10/10. And man i forget to mention about their saj bread they make it fresh unlike some other entitled shawarma store. Kudos Shelbys.

Worst shawarma plate I’ve ever bought. There was barely any chicken, the little that was there had no salt, and the garlic sauce was bland. I thought Shelby’s would be great, but it’s all hype. Never going back. He should stick to making reels and YouTube shorts, not food.

Shelby’s just opened and we got the Shelby Legendary Wrab with beef and lamb! It was extremely delicious and had the perfect kick as we had all the toppings in that wrap. It’s extremely large for what we get as well. The SAJ bread is made and pressed fresh in house so you are really getting the whole experience! To top it off the Zatar fries were incredible extremely crispy and slightly sweet with the zatar herb flavouring. I can’t wait to go back! The cherry on the cake was the service and it was nice and clean in there!
