They got the order wrong on a takeout. 70 bucks worth of food and It was wrong. That's fine. Drove all the way home before I discovered it. My wife Drove all the way back and Went in and very politely asked them to remake the order. Told to sit down. it will be approximately a half an hour. They had other customers to serve first. It takes some 5 minutes to make the food. Foods are ready-made and it just takes some 5 minutes to throw it together. After completely screwing up the order and wasting all of my time they tell me to wait for another half hour. This type of thing would never have happened at the Horton store back before this place started branching out. Nassar Would never do something like that. At least not at back in the beginning. But this is the type of thing that happens. Somebody gets a great idea for a restaurant and everything is fantastic until they get greedy and branch out and the quality of the food and the quality of the service goes into the toilet. Not to mention the price doubling While the size of the portions seems to get smaller and smaller. Maybe it's because I'm white. If I had been Muslim I probably wouldn't have been treated this way. Oh well. It happens. For what you're paying for the food here nowadays you might as well go to the Mandarin. To be fair it might just be this one location. The Exeter location is the one I tend to go to the most. I won't come back to this one. Sorry Nassar..... It's just not the same anymore. Quick update. They decided they weren't going to remake the order. Complete waste of time going back up. The manager walked in and heard what was going on and he said no we're not remaking the order. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he said that he's not remaking the order. This is absolutely the last time I am ever going to spend a dime in any Shelby's anywhere in Ontario. And I'm going to make a point of tracking down Nasser and making certain that he hears about what happened. To the manager that I was speaking to on the phone... Enjoy your Google review. I'm not taking it down regardless of your threats.
