This order was a complete joke from start to finish.
I explicitly asked for the pizzas to be VERY WELL COOKED, and what arrived looks like it was half-baked, rushed, and dumped into a box without a second thought. The crust is raw, pale, and doughy, the center is wet, floppy, and collapsing, and the cheese is a soupy mess. This is not pizza — this is inedible slop.
One slice literally falls apart when you try to lift it. The toppings are barely cooked, the base feels uncooked, and the entire pizza looks like it was pulled straight from the oven before it was ready. Whoever approved this should not be anywhere near a kitchen.
Now let’s talk about the order itself. I ordered ONE LARGE and ONE MEDIUM. What did I get? TWO MEDIUM PIZZAS. This is not a minor mistake — this is basic order fulfillment, and somehow it was still messed up. If you can’t even get the SIZE right, what exactly are customers paying for?
This order wasted my time, my money, and my night. I waited, trusted the brand, and ended up with food that went straight to the trash. No apology, no quality, no accountability — just careless, lazy execution.
Pizza Hut used to be reliable. This experience proves that quality control is either nonexistent or completely ignored. If this is the new standard, then this location should seriously reconsider operating at all.
I will never order from here again, and I strongly recommend others don’t either unless they enjoy undercooked dough, wrong orders, and complete disappointment.
