I really don't like reviewing places I have only been to once, but there is little to no information on Google about this place - it was actually deterring me from giving this place a chance earlier
When I looked at the prices, I was concerned that the poutines would be the size of a side dish and be poor value. This is not the case, the container pictured is an 8x8x3 container, definitely a good portion.
I ordered on Skip (because of a voucher) where the prices were slightly higher, but the Loaded Mushroom Poutine I had appears to ordinarily be $12.99 + tax. This seems to be a fair price for the portion when compared to other poutine places.
When you walk into the restaurant (Zaitoun) there does not appear to be any indication of Loaded Poutine existing (I could very well have missed it), I did not see a menu or anything that might suggest to a walk-in customer that this is a secondary thing they do, so you probably need to check out the menu beforehand. However, they had plenty of space and even had a fair bit of space outdoors - so I don't think you'd be limited to just takeout.
Overall, the poutine was well made, they did not skimp on the mushrooms, and the portion was filling. There was a review which mentioned the fries getting soggy. Admittedly, it did not take very long for the fries to start softening up, but they were definitely OK when I started eating. I may have lucked out in this regard as the poutine wasn't ready when I went to pick it up, so it didn't have a lot of time to sit around beforehand. The gravy was also more peppery than some people might prefer, I actually liked it this way, but some may not.
I'll almost certainly return to try their other varieties.

Editing this review as I have now been multiple times:
To add to the below review: The staff is extremely kind and friendly, they definitely add to the value here.
I feel like my takeout portions are slightly more generous than when I dine-in, but that may just be a misconception on my part. One of the times I ate here, my fries were slightly soggy right from the start, but not horribly so, and not a deal-breaker at all. Certainly doesn't seem like the norm.
I have since tried the Philly Steak Fries and the Tandoori Chicken Poutine, both excellent and highly recommended (I liked the Tandoori Chicken a tiny bit more), but for my dollar, the Mushroom Poutine was best.
This place has found it's way into my regular rotation now. EASY 5 stars
