Over the last three years, I’ve watched Lake & Spruce go from “this place is pretty good” to “oh my god, someone get these people a trophy.” It’s been like watching your favorite underdog movie, except instead of a dramatic training montage, it’s been nonstop perfecting of flavor, heart, and crispy goodness.
