If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This is hands down, the absolute WORST “shawarma” place I have ever had. Not only were the two women employees completely rude and disrespectful, but when my husband ordered off THEIR menu, they appeared as if they had seen a ghost, and had no clue what my husband was ordering, which was;
- 1 Large Fattoush Salad
- 1 Mixed Beef and Chicken Shawarma Rice Bowl
- 1 Falafel Rice Bowl
- 5 extra falafels on the side if possible
First of all, they said they were out of all salads — fine. They then proceeded to take payment from my husband, and brushed him off to the side while he waited — fine again. 3 other individuals then entered and placed their orders. They served them all first, even though my husband had been there first and longer — fine, but now we’re getting irritated. After, they handed my husband our food, and he left.
When we opened the bag, there was 1 medium sized takeout container, and 1 small one — hmm, alright…
1) The falafel bowl is completely missing.
2) The potatoes in the mixed chicken and beef bowl are BARELY warm, the beef is burnt to a crisp, the chicken is completely inedible because of how old and hard it must be.
3) The garlic sauce (which is usually one of the best parts), completely absent, this tastes like Miracle Whip.
4) In the small container is a few, small, single falafel balls, soggy and also barely warm.
So, please explain to me how this entire order amounted to $31?! Absolutely atrocious and insane.
100/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Save your money, save your energy and save your appetite.
