I honestly don’t understand how Food2go has a 4.8-star rating on Google — I wish I had checked the food in person before ordering. The dishes we received were swimming in oil, completely unappetizing, and far from fresh. Just look at the pictures I’ve attached, they speak for themselves. It was so greasy that it felt like the food had been dunked in oil and forgotten about.
The service was painfully slow. We waited almost 35 minutes for our order, only to be served this utter disappointment. There was no apology or explanation for the delay, and the staff didn’t seem in a hurry to help either. The overall vibe was careless and unprofessional.
If you’re looking for a good food experience, I’d strongly recommend skipping this place entirely. Save your time and money,drive to Brampton and try one of the food trucks instead. They not only serve fresher, tastier meals, but the service is faster and much friendlier.
Food2go is not worth the hype, the wait, or the money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who actually cares about quality food or decent service. This was my first and definitely my last visit.

Go ahead and use the pictures on your online platform — that way people will see for themselves what kind of oil/butter you actually use. You mentioned frying in butter, but let’s be honest — how exactly do you deep fry in butter? It clearly looks and tastes like margarine or something similar.
Also, instead of accusing customers of leaving “paid reviews,” maybe focus on serving good, fresh food consistently so that people naturally leave you 5-star reviews. A genuine dining experience will always speak louder than words.
Your staff was unresponsive and completely careless during my visit, which made the whole experience even worse. And it’s not just me — other customers around were also frustrated with the long wait times. It wasn’t about the place being “busy”; you simply had nothing ready to serve, and now you’re trying to play with words to cover it up.
Take accountability, improve your service and food quality, and you’ll see positive reviews on your page without needing to question your customers.
I recently had the chance to visit Food2Go food truck because I was craving fried momos — and damn, the food was amazing! 😋 Since that first visit, I’ve been going there every week. I’ve tried their samosa chai, kulche, pasta, and noodle burger and honestly, everything is super delicious. The taste, freshness, and flavors are just perfect. It’s been a month now and I realized I forgot to leave a review, so here it is, I’m officially a regular customer now! Highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t already.

The menu has a wonderful variety, but portion sizes could be a little more generous for the price.
Veg & non-veg trucks are placed separate. It would be great to see some seating arrangements as that would make dining more comfortable- especially when the weather isn’t ideal.
For families, the setup feels less kid-friendly since the truck is located in a parking lot with vehicles passing by, which can be unsafe if kids want to move around.
That said, it’s definitely a place worth trying, and with a few small improvements in taste, portions and comfort- Food2Go has the potential to become a fantastic go-to spot!
